Day 4 - Bratislava Today your ship reaches the Slovakian capital of Bratislava where you will disembark for a choice of guided tours. Day 5 - Vienna On arrival in Vienna enjoy a tour including Hofburg Palace, the Opera House, Ringstrasse and St Stephen's Cathedral. Then, during time at leisure, perhaps go shopping in the pedestrian only Karntnerstrasse. Perhaps take an excursion to tour stunning Schonbrunn Palace (own expense). Day 6 - Durnstein, Melk Stop in Durnstein for a tour then, just before lunch, visit a local vintner for a wine tasting. After, cruise to Melk and tour Melk Abbey, located above the town on an outcrop overlooking the Danube. B, L, D
Day 7 - Linz, Passau After breakfast, perhaps take an optional full day tour to Salzburg and its 'Sound of Music' sights (own expense). Or stay on board and cruise to Passau for a tour of this historic city. All guests then rejoin your ship for dinner on board. B, L, D

Day 9 - Nuremberg This morning, enter the Main Danube Canal and relax as you cruise through the beautiful Altmuhl Valley. Day 16 - Trier Today you will arrive in beautiful Trier. On the banks of the Mosel in the famous wine growing region, Trier is Germany's oldest city. Here, alight your ship for a guided tour of the city's rich Roman past, including the Roman Baths and the Roman Amphitheatre. B, L, D
Day 17 - Remich, Disembark Ship, Luxembourg, Paris This morning after breakfast, you will disembark your ship in Remich, a city in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Melk
