From St Peter’s and the Pantheon to the Colosseum and the Forum, Rome is a city blessed with bountiful historical treasures. A two-night hotel stay in this remarkable city begins your cruise, which ends in the equally impressive surroundings of Athens. From the Roman port of Civitavecchia, you’ll sail to Sorrento for the ruins of Pompeii as well as cruising the spectacular Amalfi Coast.

Sail close to the volcanic island of Stromboli on the way to Taormina in Sicily, followed by Corfu in Greece. The charming Croatian ports of Split and Dubrovnik come next, before you return to Italy for the Renaissance treasures of Urbino.
