Voyages to Antiquity

Voyages to Antiquity

DISCOVER THE ART, HISTORY AND CULTURES OF THE ANCIENT WORLD

Between 200BC and 200AD, the Romans were the masters of the Mediterranean. Their commercial vessels sailed to every corner of the region and their armies occupied all the surrounding coastlands. Indeed, the most common Latin name for the Mediterranean was mare nostrum, “our sea”. The waters these ancient mariners sailed are today the home of Voyages to Antiquity. Our aim is to combine the excitement of exploring the remarkable classical civilisations of the Mediterranean with the excellent comfort and service of boutique-style cruising.
